Ms. Nomsa Neo Jim is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in the financial services sector, including 11 years in the insurance industry. She has held key positions at organizations such as Ernst & Young Botswana, G4S Botswana, Aon Botswana Pty Ltd, and First National Bank of Botswana. Currently, she manages key Bancassurance accounts at Hollard Life Botswana.
Ms. Jim is a Fellow member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA). She also holds Associate membership with the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA) and the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) in the UK. She earned her Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Botswana and has additional certifications in Enterprise Risk Management, Insurance, and Retirement Funds.
In March 2021, Ms. Jim was appointed to the Board of the Civil Aviation Authority of Botswana (CAAB), where she serves on the Finance, Audit, and Risk (FARC) Committee. She also chairs and serves as an Independent Non-Executive Trustee for the Board of Trustees of the Minet Beneficiary Fund.
