Priscillah Ndadi Appointed as First Female CEO of Old Mutual Botswana. Old Mutual Botswana has named Priscillah Ndadi as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a historic milestone as the company’s first female CEO. Ndadi officially assumed the role on February 1, 2025, bringing with her over two decades of experience in financial services.
Ndadi’s extensive career spans key leadership roles in life insurance, pension fund administration, asset management, and funeral services. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Metropolitan, where she was instrumental in strategic planning, driving business growth, and enhancing operational efficiency.Her expertise in leadership development and business strategy has positioned her as a transformative leader, empowering teams to execute strategic goals effectively.
Ndadi holds an MSc in Strategic Management from the University of Derby and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Botswana. She has also completed a Leadership Development Programme at the University of Stellenbosch and has been a Licentiate of the Insurance Institute of South Africa since 2011.
