BITC, De Beers, and Stanford GSB Invite African Entrepreneurs to Seed Transformation Program. The Botswana Investment Trade Centre (BITC), in collaboration with De Beers Group and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, is calling on founders and CEOs of established African businesses to apply for the Seed Transformation Program (STP). This initiative is designed to equip business leaders with the necessary skills to scale and grow their companies effectively.
The 10-month program combines in-person and online learning experiences, led by Stanford Graduate School of Business faculty, local industry experts, and Stanford-trained advisors. Participants will engage in strategic workshops, interactive class sessions, and mentorship opportunities to enhance their leadership and business management capabilities.
The STP is open to CEOs and founders of for-profit businesses based in Africa. To be eligible, businesses must have an annual revenue between US $300,000 and $15 million and a management team comprising at least two additional members apart from the CEO or founder.
BITC, De Beers Group, and Stanford GSB will host an in-person information session to provide further details about the program and share insights from past participants. Interested entrepreneurs are encouraged to attend and learn how the program can support their growth journey.
