Botswana Signs BPO Agreement with CCI Global to Boost Economic Growth. The Government of Botswana has announced a business process outsourcing (BPO) agreement with CCI Global, a UAE-based company with operations in the USA, UK, Australia, and Africa. The agreement was signed by CCI Global CEO Martin Roe and Botswana President Advocate Duma Gideon Boko, marking a new phase in Botswana’s economic diversification strategy.

The partnership aims to establish a BPO hub in Botswana, creating employment opportunities in sectors such as customer support, data entry, IT services, and digital marketing. The initiative is expected to provide skilled job opportunities and contribute to youth engagement and career development in the digital economy.

During the announcement, Roe stated that CCI Global’s expansion into Botswana reflects the company’s commitment to fostering economic growth and positioning the country as a hub for high-quality BPO services in Africa.
