Debswana and Stepping Stones Celebrate Economic Advancement and Leadership Program Graduates. Debswana, in collaboration with Stepping Stones International, recently held a graduation ceremony to honor 25 young participants who successfully completed the Economic Advancement and Leadership Program.

The six-month initiative provided graduates with key professional and personal development skills, including CV writing, job readiness, financial literacy, and leadership training. The program aimed to equip participants with the necessary tools to navigate the job market and build sustainable career paths.

Debswana’s Education Manager, Ms. Levina Granger, commended the graduates for their dedication and encouraged them to apply their newly acquired skills in pursuit of future opportunities. She emphasized the importance of resilience and adaptability in achieving long-term success.

Stepping Stones Program Officer, Ms. Cathy Molobeng, highlighted the role of stakeholder support in the program’s success, noting that mentorship and employment opportunities have played a crucial part in shaping the participants’ journeys.The event concluded with a celebratory gathering, where graduates had the opportunity to network and reflect on their achievements.
