Dulux Botswana Donates Over P150,000 to Support Flood-Affected Schools. In a gesture of solidarity and corporate responsibility, Dulux Botswana has donated a combined contribution valued at over P155,000 to support two educational institutions affected by recent floods. The donation was made during a ceremony held at the Ministry for State President.

Dulux Botswana General Manager, Mr. Moses Muyaluka, handed over a cash donation of P75,000 along with paint supplies worth P80,000 to assist the Centre for the Deaf in Francistown and St Joseph’s College in Gaborone. Mr. Muyaluka stated that the contribution was made in the spirit of unity and supporting communities during times of hardship.

Receiving the donation on behalf of government, Minister for State President Hon. Moeti Mohwasa expressed gratitude to Dulux Botswana, commending the company for its timely intervention and commitment to social responsibility. He noted that such support is vital in helping restore the learning environment in schools impacted by adverse weather conditions.

In addition to the donation from Dulux, the event also saw a contribution from the ZimBots Golf Society. Represented by Mr. Sylvester Katambarare, the society donated P3,500 to further aid communities recovering from flood-related damages.

Both contributions are part of broader recovery efforts aimed at assisting educational institutions and vulnerable communities in regaining stability following recent natural disasters.
