FNBB Temporarily Closes First Place Branch Due to Heavy Rainfall. First National Bank of Botswana (FNBB) has announced the temporary closure of its First Place Branch in the Central Business District (CBD) due to ongoing heavy rainfall. The closure takes effect from 20 February 2025 and will remain in place until further notice.

To ensure uninterrupted banking services, FNBB urges customers to utilize its 24-hour Contact Centre, digital banking platforms such as the FNB App and Online Banking, or visit any of its CashPlus agents.

Despite the temporary closure, FNBB reassures customers that eight other branches in Gaborone remain operational. Customers can visit Airport Junction, Broadhurst, Industrial, Kgale, Mall, Main, Rail Park, Riverwalk, and Mogoditshane branches for full banking services.

Customers are encouraged to stay informed through FNBB’s official communication channels and take advantage of digital banking options to minimize disruptions to their financial activities.
