Lemogang Kaone Senwelo is a prominent business and social entrepreneur based in Gaborone, Botswana. She is the Managing Director of Connect Circle, a company focused on stimulating foreign direct investment in Africa, with Botswana as its primary base. Under Connect Circle, she founded the Africa Youth Entrepreneurs Summit (AYES), an annual conference that brings together young African entrepreneurs to discuss various issues affecting the entrepreneurial environment across the continent.  

Before establishing Connect Circle, Lemogang co-founded Pareil Group, a company initially focused on project management consultations and property development. Despite facing challenges that led to the company’s closure, this venture provided her with valuable insights into the realities of entrepreneurship.  

In recognition of her contributions to the business community, Lemogang was named one of the SADC Top 100 Rising Business People in 2018. She is also a graduate in Political Science and has a strong interest in diplomacy and international relations.  

Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors, Lemogang is a dedicated mother of two boys and an advocate for youth empowerment and mental health awareness. She has openly shared her personal experience with postpartum depression, founding Kitso Boswa Rehab to support young mothers in business who may be facing similar challenges.  

Lemogang actively engages with her community through mentorship programs, aiming to guide and inspire aspiring entrepreneurs. She maintains a presence on social media platforms, including Instagram (@lemmy_bw) and X (@MsLemmy), where she shares insights into her professional journey and personal interests.
