BK Proctor, founder of the luxury lifestyle brand Collections by BK Proctor, faces explosive allegations of avoiding a $9,689.85 (around P135,900) shipping bill owed since May 2024.

Tracy Wong, owner of Walmax Trading, a China-based shipping warehouse, took to Facebook with a fiery post accusing Proctor of dodging payments despite repeated reminders.

“You always have excuses, but never a solution!” Wong wrote, igniting a social media storm.

Unpaid Goods Stuck in Warehouse

Wong revealed that nearly 200kg of Proctor’s goods remain in her warehouse, awaiting full payment. In leaked screenshots, Proctor allegedly demanded Wong take down the viral post and disclose the location of his goods before settling the debt—a demand she firmly refused.

“How Do You Host Lavish Events But Ignore Bills?”

Wong also took aim at Proctor’s high-profile fashion shows, questioning his credibility as a luxury brand owner:

“Luxury isn’t just a lifestyle; it’s paying your dues.”

Proctor Remains Silent as Social Media Reacts

Proctor has yet to address the claims publicly, leaving social media divided. While some sympathize with potential financial struggles, others demand accountability.

As the drama unfolds, the internet continues to buzz with heated debates over luxury branding and financial ethics.
