In a powerful show of support, the Honourable Minister of Water and Human Settlement, Onneetse Ramogapi, took time out of his busy schedule to meet with the Botswana Housing Corporation (BHC) team. The Minister’s visit was centered on motivating the team to step up and embrace excellence as they work toward the government’s ambitious goal of constructing 100,000 homes in the next five years.
Minister Ramogapi delivered an inspiring message to BHC employees, urging them to tap into their full potential and strive for nothing less than greatness:

BHC CEO, Mr. Nkaelang Matenge, also spoke candidly about the scale of the task ahead. “Achieving the Government’s target will require ramping up capacity, enhancing infrastructure, and expanding project management capabilities,” he said, highlighting the need for efficiency, sustainability, and high-quality standards.
