A Story of Growth and Vision
What began as Rock-Elm Cleaning Services has evolved into a dynamic operation. Rebranding to Janitorial Hygiene Supplies in 2017 to better reflect its expanded vision, the company has steadily grown its service offerings, which now include:
• Residential, commercial, and contract cleaning services
• General and hygiene supplies
• Transport and logistics
• Clinical waste collection and disposal
Not stopping there, the company proudly serves as a distributor for TORK hygiene products from Essity AB, Sweden, across Botswana.
Headquartered in Commerce Park, Gaborone, Janitorial Hygiene Supplies made another major leap in January 2024, opening a new branch in Palapye to better serve clients across the country.
A Workforce That Inspires
With a team of over 70 employees, this youth-driven company has fostered long-term relationships with high-profile clients, including Morojwa Mews, Setlhoa Park, Botho University, and Enko Botho School—some of which have partnered with the company since 2018.
The logistics division has also cemented its role in regional trade, transporting coal to South Africa and grain to Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia, and Botswana.
Leadership That Transforms
A standout success story within the company is that of Miss Kelebogile Kwenaetsile, who joined as a cleaner seven years ago. Through relentless dedication and drive, she rose to become a Supervisor within her first year, Field Manager by year four, and manager of key departments by her sixth year. Today, she proudly serves as a Director, embodying the company’s commitment to fostering talent and empowering women in leadership.
